We know that ECM motors have many advantages, such as low noise, long lifespan, no spark interference, and convenient centralized control. We need to pay attention to the following points when using ECM motors in daily life
1. The usage environment of ECM motors should be kept clean and tidy, and the surface of ECM motors should be kept clean.
2. The ECM motor can only operate under normal conditions. At the same time, the power supply facilities should have sufficient capacity and stable voltage. It is strictly prohibited to operate in the case of defects. Temporary power lines shall not be used for a long time for power supply.
3. When abnormal ECM motor sound, severe motor heating, live casing, switch tripping, or startup failure is found during operation, the machine should be stopped for inspection. Maintenance is not allowed while the ECM motor is running. Before starting the operation, check for any abnormal phenomena.
4. ECM motors should be stored in a dry environment to prevent moisture from affecting the motor. When the fan is stored outdoors, protective measures should be taken. During storage and handling, be careful not to collide with the ECM motor to avoid damaging it.
