When using a brushless DC blower, maintenance work should also be done well. The following are the precautions to be taken:
Before using a DC brushless blower, check whether the fasteners are complete, whether the connection is firm and reliable, whether the operation is flexible and whether there are any abnormal noises, etc.
During the handling and installation of DC brushless blowers, they should not be subjected to significant impacts to prevent friction between the blades and the casing after deformation.
3. The diameter of the impeller of the brushless DC blower should be larger than that of the fan impeller to reduce the resistance of the fan itself and improve ventilation efficiency. Strong fans should be selected for mine fans with a capacity of 2 × 18.5Kw or more to prevent excessive wind pressure and hydraulic fracturing. The DC brushless blower requires regular cleaning of the noise inside the casing.
When the DC brushless blower is not in use, it should be placed in a well ventilated area to prevent moisture and corrosion.
5. The exposed part of the wire connection for the DC brushless blower should not be less than 1.5 mm, and the insulation resistance should not be less than 1 megaohm. The internal wiring of the DC brushless blower should be correct and reliable.
6. For high-power local DC brushless blowers, lubricating oil should be regularly added to the front and rear bearings of the motor to extend its service life; Clean the dust and debris on the orifice plate, and the soundproofing material should be Baote to improve the soundproofing effect.
After the debugging of the DC brushless blower is completed, the rolling flexibility of the brushless centrifugal blower should be checked before starting, and the friction phenomenon should be checked when holding the blades by hand. Check whether there are any residues and other debris on the DC brushless blower and adjacent pipelines.
